1 (14 oz.) can of salmon
1 tab. lemon juice
2/3 cup of mayonnaise
3/4 cup of Seasoned Bread Crumb Recipe (Under Bread Category)
1/2 cup Frozen Vegetable Seasoning Blend (Under Vegetable Category)
1 jar of diced Pimentos
1 tab. fresh flat leafed parsley chopped
2 tsp. Seafood
Oil for frying
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Add more bread crumbs if too wet. Shape into patties and dredge in more Seasoned Bread Crumbs. Add 2 tab. of oil to a non stick fry pan. Fry until golden brown.
