
4 whole chicken legs
2 medium carrot cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium onion chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Hot Cooked Rice
Place legs whole, even frozen, into crock pot. Add carrots, onions, and garlic. Sprinkle seasonings in order over legs. Set crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over hot rice.
