1 can salmon, drained, bones removed
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg
5 saltines, crushed
1/2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
dash of salt and pepper
margarine or butter for frying
In a bowl combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Shape into six patties. In a skillet, fry patties in buter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Take off and drain on paper towels.
