This simple, delicious recipe is a snap to prepare, and the only side dish you'll need is some mashed potatoes or cooked noodles.
2 large chicken breast halves
1 can (12 ounces) mushroom gravy
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 12 oz. bag frozen carrots and peas (optional)
In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the chicken, gravy, milk, thyme, salt, and pepper
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender.
Stir in frozen vegetables; cover and cook 30 minutes longer. Serve with mashed potatoes or hot noodles.
