
Give this one a try. It's amazing and super easy.
5-6 chicken legs
2 cloves sliced garlic
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 bottle of favorite BBQ sauce

Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle next four ingredients over top. Cook on high 6 hours. Remove chicken and let cool. Discard all but 1 cup of broth.
Once cool, remove bones and skin from chicken and shred with two forks. Place back in slow cooker. Begin adding your favorite BBQ sauce until you reach the desired coating. Some like more, some like less! Intermittently add a bit of broth if coating is too thick.
Serve on your favorite bun with pickles, if desired.
