
- 2 large Gala or Honeycrisp apples, unpeeled and chopped (about 3 cups)
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
Combine apples, celery, raisins and walnuts. Add mayonnaise and yogurt; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
