This is a quick, easy, and nutritious snack. I've even served it for breakfast because my children are not "breakfast eaters". It is rich and creamy and you can adjust the amounts depending on personal preference.
1 1/2 cups pasta (your favorite)
3 slices of American cheese
3 tab. of milk (more if you like it creamier)
Cook past according to directions. Drain well. Add slices of cheese and put lid back on pot to encourage melting. After 3 minutes, add milk. Quickly stir to desired consistency. Done! See, there is ALWAYS food in the house:-)
