This recipe can be doubled if you have a good amount of bread. Start the night before and just pop in the oven in the morning.
dash of salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
Beat egg well in mixing bowl. Add milk and stir well. Add salt, sugar and cinnamon. Stir well. Place bread in baking dish making single layer. Pour mixture over slices. Put in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
