1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tab. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large egg
3/4 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tab. vegetable oil
1 cup fresh blueberries
Add dry ingredients to bowl and stir. Beat egg in a small cup and add. Stir in yogurt, milk vanilla, and vegetable oil. Gently stir in blueberries. Heat a griddle, and make desired size pancakes. Serve with syrup and extra blueberries.
