My boys request this pie often since there is always a tad left for leftovers the following day. And, as you well know that is a welcome relief for lunch the following day.
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Homemade Bisquick Mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Set oven at 400. Grease 9" pie plate. Cook beef and onion until beef is brown. Drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. STir in remaining ingredients until blended with fork. Pour over pie plate. Bake for 25 mins.
