12 egg yolks
1/2 pound sugar
1 quart light cream
1 750ml bottle of dark rum
1 quart of heavy cream
nutmeg
Beat 12 egg yolks with sugar until mixture is thick and pale yellow. Stir in light cream and rum. Chill three hours. Then whip heavy cream until stiff. Pour rum mixture into heavy cream and begin to fold in gently. Sprinkle with a bit of nutmeg. Enjoy!
