Left over corn on the cob
1-2 tab. butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Take corn and remove kernels on a plate. Be sure to scrape the cob to get off all that luscious flavor! Heat butter in a frypan. I like to use a cast iron pan to add a bit of crunch texture to the corn. Fry corn until heated through and slightly golden. Salt and pepper to taste. This make a delicious snack.
