With great sales going on at your local Winn Dixie you can stock up on this favorite. Just dish up some of those slow cooked sliced onions onto your plate with the ribs and you've just landed in heaven.
2 lb. pork ribs
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 cup BBQ sauce
1/3 cup marmalade
Spray your slow cooker well. Cut ribs in half. Lay in slow cooker. Place onion and garlic on top. Sprinkle with seasonings.
Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
Drain and discard juices keeping onions and garlic.
Mix BBQ sauce and jelly. Spread over top of ribs. Cook 15 minutes more.
