3 carrots, cut into 1-inch chunks
3 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 medium onion, chopped
4 chicken breasts, halved
1 cup of water
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Pepper, to taste
2 pkg. chicken gravy mix
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 cup sour cream
Place carrots, potatoes, and onion in bottom of crock pot.
Arrange chicken breast pieces over vegetables and sprinkle with seasonings, and salt & pepper.
Combine water and gravy mix. Pour over mixture
Cover, cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, stirring once during cooking.
Stir in sour cream.
Serve over rice or pasta or egg noodles.
