5 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 cup frozen peas
1 can 10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup whole milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cans 5 oz. tuna, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
Topping
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tab. butter, melted
Cook egg noodles until al dente adding peas during the last minute of cooking. Drain. In a bowl stir soup, sour cream, cheese, milk, and salt. Then stir in tuna onion, and pepper. Add to noodles and peas. Toss to combine.
Transfer to 11 x 7 inch buttered dish. In a small bowl toss bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over noodles. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
