I just purchased three bags of semi sweet chocolate chips at Aldi for only $1.49 a bag. The cashews can be had for around a dollar at the Dollar General. If you haven't checked out their baking aisle you must for the holidays. There are great deals to cover the high costs of holiday baking. Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

3/4 cup margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. package semi sweet chips, divided
1 cup cashew pieces, divided
In a bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, caramel topping, and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to mixture beating as you go. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of chips and 1/2 cup of cashews.
Drop by tablespoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until firm. Let cool for 5 minutes and remove from sheet onto wire wrack. Cool completely.
In microwave, melt chocolate chips until smooth. Drizzle over cookies and sprinkle with remaining cashews.
