1 lb. chicken tenders
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 1/2 cups Bread Crumb Recipe (Under Bread)
1/2 cup oil
3 tab. butter or margarine
Season chicken tenders with seasoning salt. Put bread crumbs in a bowl. Meanwhile, heat oil and butter in a pan large enough to fit chicken tenders without overlapping on medium/low heat. Dip chicken tenders into bread crumbs (no you don't need an egg wash for this). Fry chicken tenders about 7 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. Don't forget the sides of ketchup and BBQ sauce for the dinner table.
